Foundation Projects

The objects and purposes of the foundation shall be as follows:

  1. To assist needy persons, particularly young people.
  2. To assist youth in attaining vocational excellence.
  3. To aid physically and/or mentally challenged persons in pursuing happy, useful lives through the expending of funds directly for such purposes or by the furnishing of funds to other organizations organized for charitable, educational, or scientific research purposes, or for the prevention of child abuse.
  4. To financially assist Sponsored Youth programs such as Key Club, Circle K and Builders Club.
  5. To provide Key Club and Circle K Scholarships.
  6. To finance special District service projects.
  7. To financially assist International or District service projects such as:
    1. Citizen Services
    2. Major emphasis programs such as Young Children Priority One
    3. Youth Services
    4. Pediatric Trauma Program
    5. Worldwide Service Project

Projects include:

  • "An Evening at the Boardwalk"
  • Children's Specialized Hospital
  • Key Leader
  • Kiwanis International 911 Childens' Fund
  • Kiwanis Youth Leadership Institute (PDF)
  • Recording for the Blind & Dyslexic
  • Tuva, Siberia
  • NJ District
